{"id":2742,"date":"2021-09-21T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/van-elle.co.uk\/?p=2742"},"modified":"2022-03-23T14:53:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-23T14:53:22","slug":"appointment-of-two-experienced-trainers-boosts-skills-capacity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.van-elle.co.uk\/2021\/09\/21\/appointment-of-two-experienced-trainers-boosts-skills-capacity\/","title":{"rendered":"Appointment of two experienced trainers boosts skills capacity"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Training centre team recently welcomed two new Trainer and Assessors to support more training for the construction market.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warren Mulford has joined the team as Lead Trainer and Assessor, and Matt Fletcher, has joined as a Trainer and Assessor.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Warren (pictured right), who has more than 30 years\u2019 experience in the sector, will deliver training and testing across CPCS, NPORS, and ALLMI courses, and helping to manage our associate supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Matt (pictured left) will deliver a wide range of health &amp; safety training such as abrasive wheels, safety harness, working at height, and NPORS as one of our Trainer and Assessors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On joining the company, Warren said: \u201cI am excited to be joining a growing company that is passionate about implementing a great safety culture. I look forward to helping create a safer working environment for all of our staff, as those working within the construction sector, by assisting in the delivery of high-quality training.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matt added: \u201cThe opportunity to join Van Elle and be part of taking the Training Centre to the next level for both internal and external delegates is truly exciting.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Dobson, Training and Assessment Manager at Van Elle said: \u201cI&#8217;m really pleased Warren and Matt have joined our team to help us strengthen and expand our delivery both internally and externally.
