We are proud to announce the launch of our new Site Supervisor Programme, an initiative designed to advance the professional development of our site management teams.
This comprehensive training programme underscores our commitment to strengthening leadership and management capabilities within our workforce.
The Site Supervisor Programme represents a significant investment in our employees, addressing gaps in formal training in leadership and management.
Supported by funding from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), the programme addresses the need for formal training among site supervisors, who often advance to their roles without a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities.
Targeting 90 supervisors across the company, the programme will be conducted in three-day blocks each month, with ten participants per cohort.
Developed in partnership with PGL Midlands, the curriculum incorporates feedback from various levels within the organisation. This includes operational leads, lead supervisors, directors, and HSE competency assessments.
The training is designed to be both practical and interactive, focusing on real-life experiences and scenario-based learning to foster deeper understanding among participants.
This approach aims to replace traditional on-the-job learning with a more structured and effective training method, ultimately improving site safety and management practices.
Our Site Supervisor Programme reflects a strategic focus on standardising and elevating supervisory skills, reinforcing our dedication to safety, quality, and ongoing professional development.
