As a Graduate, you’ll benefit from being handed responsibility from the outset, an opportunity to gain real hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of your chosen profession, as well as support in building key skills.
During the 18-month Graduate Programme, you’ll be exposed to the whole construction cycle, from business development through to operations onsite.
You will be exposed to all business areas, including estimating, contracting, planning, design, commercial, and health & safety and learn on the job, while being supported by our vastly experienced team throughout.
With exposure to all areas of the business, you will build a strong foundation to begin your career, as you gain a rounded insight into how a successful ground engineering/geotechnical business operates.
Once confident, you will be given the opportunity to work on delivering your own projects, with assigned mentors to give you support and guidance.
