This annual campaign highlights the vital role of quality management in enhancing business performance and driving organisational success.
The theme for 2024, “Compliance to Performance”, emphasises how robust quality systems can move beyond mere regulatory compliance to drive performance, foster innovation, and support sustainable practices.
Our Activities for World Quality Week 2024
To mark the occasion, our team planned a variety of events and activities aimed at reinforcing our commitment to quality management, which included.
- Launching our new Information Management System (IMS): Our new IMS will streamline company documentation management, enhancing accessibility, compliance, and efficiency across our operations.
- Monthly Compliance Meetings: These scheduled sessions provide insights and updates on our current compliance standing and future goals.
- Hosting Galliford Try for a Quality Event and Facility Tour: We welcomed Galliford Try to our Kirkby office, where we showcased our quality practices and shared insights on compliance and performance.
- Quality Management & Leadership Lunch and Learn: Employees attended the event hosted by the Sustainability School which offered valuable perspectives on leading with quality in mind.
We also encouraged all employees to actively submit improvement suggestions and raise notifications to help us continually refine our quality management processes.
