The programme was developed to build the right capabilities for the future and establish a strong, diverse succession pipeline for leadership positions.
This initiative underscores our commitment to investing in our team members’ growth, equipping them with essential skills, and fostering ongoing career development.
Developed by Optima Training, the programme is designed to prepare employees for future leadership roles, with a focus on practical skills tailored to the unique challenges of the construction sector.
The 18-month programme offers a range of learning solutions aimed at enhancing the skills, capabilities, and confidence of both current and future leaders.
The curriculum covers core leadership skills alongside broader competencies such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Key topics include personality profiling, adaptable leadership styles, goal setting, situational leadership, accountability, feedback, and coaching techniques, as well as effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and complex decision-making.
This programme is part of our ongoing commitment to developing a strong, diverse leadership pipeline, ensuring our team members are equipped to grow both personally and professionally.
