We are pleased to announce that Van Elle has secured a significant contract with Keepmoat for the redevelopment of the former Boots site in Nottingham.
Our involvement will include providing the foundations for 604 new multi-tenure homes, revitalising the disused land and establishing a new community in Nottinghamshire.
This project, valued at up to £3 million and spanning several phases, represents the largest single scheme awarded to Van Elle’s Housing division in the last 12 months.
This marks our 15th project undertaken for Keepmoat in three years, highlighting our strong partnership.
Using the innovative Smartfoot system, we will install approximately 14,000m linear meters of modular pre-cast ground beams, speeding up foundation installation and construction phases
Additionally, we are embarking on a new strategic collaboration with M&J Evans, the UK’s largest groundworker in the housing sector. This partnership aims to leverage our complementary capabilities to enhance national reach and efficiency.
This project at the former Boots site will serve as a blueprint for this innovative collaboration, showcasing the potential for improved efficiency and coordination in the housing sector.
